About Me
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic perspectives and working alongside mindfulness-based and relational approaches to support healing and transformation.
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique experience, resilience, and innate capacity for growth. Within a safe, attuned, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support clients in reconnecting with their strengths and moving towards greater wellbeing.
I am deeply committed to supporting health, wellbeing, and human flourishing, bringing over 20 years’ experience in holistic and relational care. I began my career as an NHS Physiotherapist, supporting people living with long-term health conditions, as well as their families and carers, across a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances. A period of voluntary service in India further enriched this work, deepening my understanding of the social, cultural, and relational influences on health and wellbeing.
As my career developed, my focus increasingly turned towards mental health and emotional wellbeing. I have worked therapeutically with individuals, as well as within services and systems dedicated to fostering psychological and relational health. Alongside my professional training and experience, personal encounters with trauma and bereavement have deepened my appreciation of the complexities of human suffering, resilience, and transformation.
These experiences continue to inform my practice, enabling me to offer a grounded, compassionate, and attuned presence to those navigating loss, change, and personal growth.
I abide by the Code of Ethics of the UKCP which includes strict guidelines on confidentiality in practice.
I am a trainee member of the UKCP and the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP) and receive regular supervision.
I am fully insured.
