I offer an initial 30 - 45 min consultation free, where we can consider your needs and get a sense of how it feels for us to work together.

If we decide to work together after the first meeting, sessions are then weekly at the same time each week, lasting a full hour at a cost of £50.  This is a reduced rate because I am currently a trainee working toward accreditation. I also offer limited concessionary rates.

I usually suggest we work together for an initial block of 4-6 weeks, and then review.  This gives time to develop a fuller understanding of how to work together.  We may then agree a further block of sessions, or to continue in a more open-ended way.

I can offer both shorter and longer term therapy, online or in person.
