Psychotherapy

There are many reasons why someone may come to therapy at different points in life — whether in response to a particular event, past trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, loss, or a more general sense of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Every person is unique and brings their own life story, relationships, culture, values, and beliefs.

I offer a warm, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important for you at your own pace. Together, we can begin to make sense of difficult experiences, emotional patterns, and ways of relating that may be affecting your wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self.

Core Process Psychotherapy

Core Process Psychotherapy is a mindfulness-based, relational, and psychodynamic approach that explores how past experiences continue to shape our present-day thoughts, emotions, relationships, and ways of being. Integrating Western psychotherapy with Eastern contemplative and embodied approaches, it creates space for less conscious feelings, patterns, and beliefs to emerge gently into awareness, where they can be explored with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Our work together may involve reflecting on how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you, while also recognising the therapeutic relationship itself as an important resource for exploration, insight, and change. Through developing a safe, attuned, and collaborative therapeutic environment, deeper aspects of experience can gradually unfold and be held with greater awareness.

This process can support a fuller understanding of yourself and your relational patterns, opening space for new perspectives, emotional resilience, and access to inner resources that may previously have felt unavailable or disconnected. Over time, therapy can help expand and reshape the narratives we hold about ourselves, others, and life itself, allowing for greater authenticity, freedom, creativity, compassion, and connection.
